SIM IP has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the SyncShield patent portfolio assets from Capricode, including its patents related to OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, device lifecycle management, cybersecurity, and large-scale device operations. The acquisition further strengthens SIM IP’s position in the rapidly evolving market for connected device and IoT technologies.
